We have an ever changing stock of firearms to fit every need and budget. Stop by and pick the one you want. Need help we are always willing to point you in the right direction based on your needs.
Put a deposit on the gun and fill out the paperwork.
We require at least 25% deposit down but you can put as much as you want or pay for the whole thing. You will need to fill out the ATF 4473 form, which we provide.
Cool your heels and wait 3 business days
Florida state laws require you wait a 3 day cooling off period before you are able to take the gun home with you. This applies to all guns both handguns and long guns. As with all laws there are certain exceptions, we will explain those to you when you fill out the paperwork to see if you qualify to waive the 3 day waiting period.
Pass a FDLE Background Check
Florida state laws requires a background check be performed before any gun leaves our store. The background check is submitted electronically by us and usually takes 10-15 minutes. However in periods of high volume that can go as high as 24 hours. You can click on the logo to learn all the requirements for passing the background check.
Take the gun home!
Once the wait and the background check are complete, the gun is yours. We highly recommend you take the gun to a range and practice. There are several ranges which offer instruction on firearms if you need the training. Click on the picture to find ranges near you.
Want to Pawn or Sell a Gun?
Getting a loan on a firearm is just as easy as any other item!
1. Bring in the gun you want to Pawn, Sell or Trade – We take a large variety of firearms and can make you a no obligation offer, whether you want it back, don't need it any more or want a different gun.
2. Have a Florida Drivers License – We need an form of ID to pawn anything, On firearms we require you to be a Florida resident so you must have a valid Florida ID or driver's license
3. Take home your cash - You will need to sign some paperwork and you will be good to go with your cash.
Please Note: If you choose to do a loan, you will be required to fill out a ATF 4473 form and do a background check in order to redeem your firearm. There is no fee for the background check and no waiting period required because the firearm is yours.
